Goals, Goals, Goals I know you have heard mentioned a thousand times before, so here is to a thousand and one. Yes, I know it can be repetitive. Repetition is good; it is the seed of automaticity, which is what you want. You want to make the idea of setting goals second nature. However, this article is not about setting goals (per se).

A Secret!

This article is about one big secret! A secret to manifesting turning your dreams into reality.

Wishes are what we hope beyond reason will happen.

Dreams are the things we think are possible but have not yet set on a path to achieve.

However, there is one thing that can turn those dreams into reality.

Do you wish to know the secret?

The primary ingredient in the recipe for manifesting your biggest, wildest, and most extraordinary dreams is…

What is it already!

Okay, I relent

The primary ingredient to jump-start the manifestation process is … Writing down your goals!

Write it Down!

That is it; write your goals down. (Not complicated at all, right?)

For many, it is because, frankly, in the days of automation, texting, and keyboarding, writing can seem cumbersome.

Nevertheless, for this to work, you must write your goals down!

But I hate to write

Can I type it: (No, you must write it)

Maybe I can set a recording: (No, you must write it)

Do I really have to?

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry said,

A goal without a plan is just a wish!

Meaning, without writing it down, there is nothing to tether what is in your head to reality.

Remember the phrase seeing is believing.

Something about seeing something written down unlocks something in your mind.

Mark Victor Hansen said

By recording your dreams and goals on paper, you set in motion the process of becoming the person you most want to be.

Are you convinced yet?

More reasons to support writing

An article from Lifehack.org has this to say on the importance of writing things down,

“When we write something down, research suggests that as far as our brain is concerned, it’s as if we were doing that thing. Writing seems to act as a kind of mini-rehearsal for doing”

Writing increases our capacity for acting.

Do you need a little more?

How about a little statistical evidence.

According to Peter Drucker,

People who write down their goals are 42% more likely to achieve them than those who don’t.

While those are not staggering numbers, those numbers are pretty significant and telling. Your likelihood of manifesting your dreams increases simply by writing them down.

The Follow-up Question.

So you are saying all I have to write my goals down?

Hold up! Wait a Minute!

I am certainly not saying that.

You cannot merely write down your goals and forget them.

Throwing the paper in some obscure place and expecting this to work for you is a no-go.

Don’t think you can use the paper as a coaster for your drinks and expect it to work for you.

Remarkably, writing it down is step one to solidify something real is happening here. However consistent action pulls the trigger catalyzing the manifestation process.

Breaking Down What happens after you write

Once your goals are written, you must keep them in front of you. As someone once said,

“Write down your goals and review them often, don’t let them fade away.”

Because out of sight out of mind.

Another Challenge

So I am challenging you to take Massive Action.

While it is fresh in your mind, you are inspired, and the light bulb is still on, write your goals down with immediacy.

Without a doubt, you can refine it later.

Please write it down.

Additionally, place it somewhere you can prominently see it.

You dreamt it now less move to reach it!
