Reaffirm your commitment daily

Establishing or rebuilding habits for success is not an easy task.

One is apt to fail many times before being successful at adopting habits to achieve the goals set.

However, excelling beyond failure requires one to develop a habit of consistently reaffirming your commitments daily.

This becomes extremely necessary If it seems you are establishing an habitual pattern of slipping or failing to do what is necessary to meet the goals you have set for yourself.

Consistent failure to keep a commitment to your self means that it is time for deeper introspection.

It is time to uncover your motives.

Do not be afraid of this process.

A very important step to being successful in any endeavor is examining your why?

Why did you select the goals that you set in the first place? 

Why are achieving these things important?

Deliberately take time with your self to determine the purpose behind every goal you set.

Purpose is what fuels tenacity (stick-to-itiveness).

Ensure that one of the primary rationales behind your newly established goals is you.

Don’t do it for anyone else do it for you

Those who are willing to put the most work in are those who have a passionate desire and drive to fulfill that which they have committed to for the sake of their own happiness.

If you don’t have a strong enough why drop the goal because you will never generate enough energy and determination to see it through.

Change comes by desire, not by force.

If you do determine that the goals you have established are driven by purpose and one of those primary purposes is yourself then every day take a few minutes to reaffirm, re-commit and remind yourself of why you are doing it in the first place.
