Our society is fascinated with heroes.
They are enthralled with the image of greatness, a model who will fight for right; for peace.
A force that will vanquish foes.
Supermen and women, who will be there when a call for justice is needed.
Look at the symbols so many have grown up with
Superman, Batman, Iron man, Thor, Spider-man, The Hulk, The Flash, Black panther, Wonder woman, Super-girl, and Storm to name a few.

These are heroes big in our imaginations. Manifested dreams, and desires embodied in character creations.
A manifestation of a deep desire for security and justice in the world; a world free from fear.
Heroes do not merely exist in the Marvel Universe or on D.C. comic pages.
Real heroes exist.

Those are the ones that we honor for their service, fortitude, and passion.
These are men and women of valor, in human form, bound by their natural state yet, performing unfathomable, incredible, and miraculous feats.
These are men and women who sacrifice self, life, or limb to save lives, to protect lives, and to vanquish the bad guys.
To make sure that we live in a world free from fear; a more just and secure world.
Our everyday heroes wear no capes.
They don’t hide their faces behind masks.
They do not embody super strength or super intelligence.
They are unable to control the weather, and hail from no star or planet other than our very own.

The Real Heroes
Our Service men and women – (Protectorate of our freedoms, vanquishing foes, and standing guard, that our world may be safe)

Firemen– (Selflessly serve to protect and do all that is necessary to save lives).

Policemen– (Selflessly serve, commissioned to protect and make secure areas wherein they have been given charge)

Doctors and nurses – (Under oath to bring no harm, but to save lives).

Teachers – (Charged with our future. They form the mind’s of our children with their lessons and instruction).
Mothers and Fathers– ( Self sacrificial protectorates of innocents).

They are charged, to do what is necessary to ensure that in our future will exist a just world; a world free from tyranny.
In their charge are the future heroes and leaders; firemen, policemen, doctors, teachers, service men and women.

These are the real heroes.
A true heroes mantra says,
This we celebrate.
They are the dream keepers.
They are the achievers.
