Get in where you fit in.
Nothing feels as good as putting on an ensemble; with just the right fit.
Nothing is as comfortable as a pair of shoes that fit just right.
It is hard to perform in discomfort.
While it can be done it is in no means pleasing. One will often find themselves spending a great deal of time fussing over the discomfort. This affects performance and thus outcome.
Achieving anything in such a frame of mind is near to impossible.
It is important that one always finds the right fit.
The secret recipe

Niche is a special area of interest, talent, or ability where one excels. It is your secret recipe for success.
It is what one author termed “the sweet spot.”
The sweet spot is the area wherein you excel because you have created something uniquely special, that you love, which serves others.

Once you find where you fit then things will happen as they should.

Once you find your sweet spot, you will find life so much sweeter. Your tasks will no longer be laborious but a pleasure.
How do you find your niche?
1. Do a personality/skills evaluation ( your niche should be in an area that you are skilled in or an area you have a proclivity to).

2. Find out what it is you want to do, and why you want to do it. (What do you want to bring to the world, and why do you want to invest yourself in that endeavor) .

3. Brainstorm on how you can do that differently.
4. Phase out. (Plan out in phases, conceptualize how you are going to bring those ideas to fruition).
5. Develop a system of metrics that will define success, for you. (Don’t look to others but you must determine what success means to you).
6. Test drive. (Put your ideas into action).

5. Conduct an audit. ( Look at how you are faring based on your metrics).
6. Determine your next course of action based on your results
Finding and creating a corner and your niche will take time.
It is worth it.
